Service Description

Sports massage involves the manipulation of soft tissue to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in the soft tissue caused by repetitive activity and/or trauma. Sports massage has been known to aid range of motion in joints, enhance performance, and also aids in recovery after exercise, to prevent injuries.
