About Me
Hello, my name is Chloe. I started Back on Track as I wanted to help people return
to what they love pain & injury free, whether that may be, from gardening, sports,
running and everything in between!
I have always been around sports from horse riding from a young age, to now
Cheltenham women's lacrosse captain. I also enjoy the gym and trail running, my
secret stress relivers. My love for sports and wanting to help others, lead me to
studying Sports Therapy at Gloucestershire University. 7 years on, I am still loving
what I do, meeting new people every day, while putting you back together and
keeping you moving!
I have worked with a wide variety of teams over the years, from England Rugby,
New Zealand Rugby & Cricket providing post-game massage, Wales Masters
Hockey as lead medic, and travelled a lot with Godfathers Rugby 7s being head of
medical providing pitch side care as well as pre and post-game treatments.
My goal at Back on Track is to restore your movement patterns, keep you doing the
things you love as much as possible, while ensuring your treatments alongside your
rehabilitation program is effective and stress-free. Through bespoke treatment and
rehab plans I stride to get you back on track pain and injury free and achieving your
goals. I have been moving from strength to strength by adding new skills to my
toolbox for clients, such as my Level 3 Personal Training, and soon starting my
nutrition qualification with MAC nutrition.
